NEET Marking Scheme 2022

NEET 2022 Merit List
The merit list will be prepared in percentile order based on the highest NEET exam marks obtained by the candidates. NTA will prepare the merit list for the 15% All India Quotas. Candidates will be admitted to colleges or universities based on their rank on the merit list. The ranking list will be made available online.
Tie-Breaking Criteria for the NEET 2022 Merit List
The authority must use the tie-breaking method to prepare the merit list. If two candidates score the same number of points on the NEET, a tie-breaking method will be used. The following is the tie-breaking mention of the NEET 2022 exam:
Candidates scoring higher on the Biology section of the NEET 2022 Exam.
Candidates who performed better on the Chemistry section of the NEET 2022 exam.
Those who have attempted fewer incorrect questions across all NEET Exam subjects.
If a tie still exists after following all of the aforementioned tie-breaking techniques, older pupils will be taken into consideration.

NEET Counseling 2022
Registration for NEET 2022 Counseling (All India Quota) will begin in August 2022. The counselling process will be open to candidates, and it will be run by their state’s medical admission authorities. For the first round, a provisional allocation will be made public in August 2022. The first round’s final allotment will be made public in September 2022.
